Problem synchronizing!

I am running MySQL on W2K Server and am using the mysql-4.0.18-win.zip (setup.exe) version. It is running as a windows NT service (D:\mysql\bin\mysqld --defaults-file=c:\winnt\my.ini mysql).

I can connect to a vendors db & map to the table/fields. When I try to synchronize I receive the message "Current provider does not support transactions" The vendor has no problems with any other accounts using MySQL though.

I am using the InnoDB tables set up in my.ini file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
