Thank's man. It's work fine. I searched this solution for 1 year! Thank's a lot. :)

Seting for my problem is set value in ODBC Initial Statement as "set names cp1250"
ODBC Connector 3.51.12, MS Access 2002 (default font Arial CE) and Windows XP based system. MySQL 4.1 in UTF-8 charset
