Hi Jesper,
I see you are using the Connector/ODBC 8.0 with MySQL Server 5.5.
There are minor differences in the protocol related to the Server-Side prepared statements. For your 64-bit client and MySQL Server 5.5 I would recommend using Connector/ODBC 5.3 instead of 8.0.
