Setting the option should work if the statements are separated by semicolon.
However, a good question is what the actual batch statement look like.
You can find it out by enabling the debug option Debug -> [x] Log queries to %TEMP%\myodbc.sql
This should only be used as a temporary measure because all queries from this particular DNS will be available for reading inside the %TEMP% directory.
