MySQL Connector ODBC v5.3.10 64bit

It would be great if someone can help me with the below

I am trying to install MySQL Connector ODBC v5.3.10 64 bit. The operating system I am using is Windows Server 2019 version 1809.

I keep getting error message when I try installing MySQL Connector ODBC v5.3.10 64bit

This is the error message that comes up:
error 1918: error installing odbc driver mysql odbc 5.3 driver, odbc error 13: the setup routines for the mysql odbc 5.3 driver could not be loaded due to system error code 126: the specified module could not be found ...\myodbc5s.dll).


Are there any dependency I need to install for the 64 bit
