Problem connecting VB.NET 2003 to MySQL with MySQL NET Connector

I've download the MySQL NET Connector and succesfully install it, but I can't make the VB.NET 2003 recognize the MySQL NET Connector in the server explorer [add database connection..] or even when I use [add refrence...] it said that the file is not valid.

So, please tell me the steps for my VB.NET 2003 to be able to connect to MySQL with the MySQL NET Connector. Thanks in advance
