Hi Peter,
Yes, it's a Java app.
For further information, I can confirm it meets some error when closing a connection(or set it to idle) on the application side.
If the application needs to be fixed for this issue, can you tell me why it runs OK on Windows with MySQL? I still think some wrong settings i did on ubuntu(or linux) cause this issue.
