Hi Rashad,

This looks like the root cause:

Caused by: Connection refused

That's telling you that port 3306 of cannot be accessed. Check for any firewalls that might be active and blocking access. You should be able to check using telnet from the client host:

shell> telnet 3306

If it's accessible, MySQL server will spit out a handshake (includes the server version string in plain-text, so it's easy to recognize).
