Synchronization Manager Installation

I am trying to install the Synchronization Manager on Windows XP with no luck. I have run SDBSETUP.EXE, chose Install/Upgrade but then it asks for the Software Package Folder. I cannot figure out where to point this. I have tried "C:\Program Files\sdb\programs\install" and all othe directories in "C:\Program Files\sdb" with no luck. I enen uncompressed "C:\Program Files\sdb\programs\install\SDBINST.TGZ" and tried pointing there. What am I doing wrong?
When I do the initial install, I also do not get the option to install the Synchronization Manager. I can see the *.pm files it probably needs in the SDBINST.TGZ file.
