MaxDB 7.6, AMD64 Linux, unixODBC: fetching data fails

Hi,

I have the following machine:
AMD X2 64 bit Processor, SuSE Linux 10.1 (64 Bit), unixODBC 2.2.12 and MaxDB 7.6.00.16

When I call isql and do a select on one column of a table, only the first row contains data, the rest of the rows are displayed empty. When doing a select on more than one column, only the first column of the first returned row that is displayed contains data, all other columns and rows are empty.

I installed the easysoft unixODBC driver for Oracle 10g on that machine and did not have this problem there - with the same select on the same table (except that it was an oracle table now). So I think it is a problem of the 64 bit MaxDB database (or, at least, its unixODBC driver).

Does anyone have an idea for a solution of this problem (except switching the applications to oracle)?

Greetings,

Tobias Barth
