Help!!!Something wrong

I use dbExpress to connect the remote MySQL database(Version:4.0.20) in delphi 7.I can not connect successfully.
The error is:
"Failure to Connect:dbExpress Error:dbExpress Error [0x000B]:Parameter Not Set
SQL Server Error: Access denied for user:'tliadmin@localhost'(Using password:YES)"
I had upgrated the "dbexpmysql.dll".
The mysql database's username is tliadmin.
But I can connect the local mysql database(Verion:4.0.26) successfully.
Why? Can you show me the way?
