I have never done this, but what you'll need to do is copy the
mysql.connector inside your Sublime Text Plugin 'folder'.
This is similar as to use _any_ 3rd party Python module with
your Plugin in Sublime Text, this is not particular to
Connector/Python.
I did not write a Plugin for Sublime text yet, so I don't
have details.
If you installed it in C:\Python26, you could copy it from
the site-packages folder.
