Re: Unable to install Connector/Python 1.1.4
I wish to call mysql from python, and I too am having problems installing the mysql-connector-python module, but in Python 2.7.2. First, would I use the platform independant 1.1.4 version for Python 2.7.2, or the 1.0.10 version?
I am installing this on the bluehost.com server, which is allowed, but not well supported. Which directory should I install it in: the under python, or the subdirectory Python-2.7.2? If there is no setup.py, what command lines should I use to install the package?
Any tips would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Walter
