Starting DBD::mysql-How..?

Hi All,

I've successfully installed mysql server/administrator/query browser on Linux/Fedora2. I also was shown the easiest way to install DBD::mysql, via perl -MCPAN -e shell; command in a terminal window. My question is, how do I start DBD::mysql.? My server's path is, /usr/local/mysql and I also have an opt file, at, /opt. Do I need to do anything more..? Cheers.
