Question about .php and more please help

hey!
i have a pc running with reactorserver but how can i make my pc a webserver that i can put my website online with ofcourse buying a hostname but what is the adress of my pc and all i dont no how to? can anybody please help me i would like to make my pc a webserver for my site.
