To Join two tables

I have 2 tables : TSOFTWARE e LSOFTWARE, that is in attachement.

The TSOFTWARE table has the next fields: ID and Types with the next dates(4 registers):


TSOFTWARE

ID Types

1 Windows Xp
2 Microsoft Office
3 Autocad 2005
4 Antivírus Mcafee

The LSOFTWARE table has the next fields: Aplica1, Aplica2, Aplica3 and Aplica4 with the next dates(1 register):


LSOFTWARE

Aplica1 Aplica2 Aplica3 Aplica4

1   &nbsp3   &nbsp2   &nbsp4

The values of table LSOFTWARE are the same ones of the ID field of table TSOFTWARE.


I need, with a select, that show on display :

- Aplica1 = 1 => Windows XP
- Aplica2 = 3 => Autocad 2005
- Aplica3 = 2 => Microsoft Office
- Aplica4 = 4 =>Antivírus Mcafee
