MySQL daemon blocking my IP address

Im getting "Host 'x' is blocked because of many connection errors." in the apache log file, do you know what kind of errors are these? Wrong pass/user, or something like that?
Only, that: what king of errors..

- I will not increase max_connect_errors variable -
