Apologize for early send....

I am having a difficult time getting a PHP connection on a newly configured 64 bit Linux machine.

Using

MYSQL Server version: 4.0.24-standard
PHP Version:PHP 4.3.2 (cgi)

Keep getting an error
Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib64/php4/mysql.so'

The reason is that I do not have mysql.so anywhere on the system.

I installed both PHP and MYSQL as RPM's and was under the impression that PHP 4.XX still supported mysql without having to compile with the --with-mysql option.

Any help would be appreciated.
