PHP extension=php_mysql.dll not loading

Environment:
Win 2003K
PHP Version 5.1.2
IIS 6.0
MySQL 5


ISS is running and working fine. PHP seems to be working and phpinfo() returns a page full of sensible information, except MySQL is nowhere mentioned. If I play with other extensions (for example MS SQL, LDAP etc.) these are loaded and phpinfo() showing up! Only problem with MySQL. Already read all documentation and FAQ.

Has anybody got a clue? I'm starting to loose my mind.
