Error on SQL connecting via ODBC or OLEDB

Hi to all,

First, please excuse my english language ;)

When I try to connect to MySql 4.1.7-NT trhough OLEDB provider for MySQL, I receipt the follow error:

"Test connection failed because of an error in initializing provider"
and the Microsoft Data Link, shows an error message with the description: "Test connection failed because not all properties can be set. Persist Security Info (NOT SETTABLE)"



When I try to connect to MySql 4.1.7-NT trhough Myodbc 3.51 DRIVER, USING A ODBC source that connects sucessfully, I receipt an error "unable to log on on server with the specified userid and password". It´s crazy. I tested the ODBC directly from the OSBC creation form and it works fine!!

Somebody can help me?
