MSQL data file export...

I am in the unfortunate position of having an MSQL data file thats need to be exported to a mysql server. As I do not have any (legal) access to a MSQL server (and I do not which to install one either) but is in need of exporting the data stored within the file I wonder if anyone has any tips and hint to give. Most of what I seen so far (sorry if I missed any self evident) implies the existence of a msql server and an odbc connection on the windows machine (a simple datapump scheme). I have a single linux machine with a datafile :-). Any suggestions?
