Yes, you'll need to upgrade to the latest WB version. I would also advise you to do upgrades regularly. We have a special release cycle in which minor version changes can have important bug fixes and new features.
Newer Workbench version will check for new updates for you. Since yours is almost 1.5 years old the best thing to do would be to uninstall the one you have and download and install the newer one.
