Alternet solution for synonym for mysql 4.1

Hi,

I am convering my database from oracle to mysql4 4.1.2

In oracle many of my users using synonym. So i am bit confusing what to do as in my knowledge mysql 4 dosen't support synonym.

Urgent Help needed.
