Disk Space Allocation

I am trying to figure out how to limit the disk space for each database that I create. In oracle I would just create a tablespace with a specified size and assign a user to that tablespace. How is this done in MySql. I would like to limit the size of an entire database and not just one table at a time. I will have multiple databases for my mysql instance.

Thanks in advance.
