Hi Yasser,
I am using FastReader from WisdomForce (www.wisdomforce.com) to migrate from Oracle to MySQL. FastReader very quickly unloads extracts data from large production Oracle tables and generates control files as input to load to MySQL. I think this is tool that will solve your need.
