Oracle to MySql DB link

Hello,

We are currently migrating from Oracle to MySql.
I know that a DB LINK between Oracle to MySql is possible. Have anyone used it, please share, because I get the below error from Oracle when do a describe:

SQL> desc test.employee@mysql;
ERROR:
ORA-28545: error diagnosed by Net8 when connecting to an agent
Unable to retrieve text of NETWORK/NCR message 65535
ORA-02063: preceding 2 lines from MYSQL


Although the tnsping is working fine.
