Half of solution: Strange scenario,Oracle can not display the data in mysql correctly

When i was using ODBC 5.1 driver, i had the same problem described before, then i switch to driver 3.51.27 and something ocurs: all varchar columns now were displayed, but count(*) sentences stil wrong.

Sorry if my english is no good, i'm from Mexico and my first language is Spanish.

In researching to resolve it...
