Guess you could look at Talend Open Studio
http://www.talend.com/ . The tool is free to download and has lots of components making it possible to connect to databases such as Oracle and MySQL. But also plenty of others. Then, when you have used the tool for your tasks, you can also use it for your data quality and MDM needs.
