Hello Bob,
If I remove: column
CreationOrder MEDIUMINT UNSIGNED not null AUTO_INCREMENT,

from the table 'A' and also replace:

constraint SDO$PEntity primary key (CreationOrder, Name )
with:
constraint SDO$PEntity primary key (Name )

then alter SQL statments which was posted in previous thread works fine.

Is there any restrictions in MYSQL related to AUTO_INCREMENT property and adding FK constraint to that table ?.
