there is a sybase sqlanywhere 5 ODBC driver, if you have sqlanywhere 5.0 installed it will be on your system already.
Sybase's Infomaker is good with the sybase side (as expected) but it's a little shakey on the MySql side.
Using Sybase Central (part of the SQL Anywhere install) you will be able to "Unload" the database, this will give you all of the data structure for the tables, you could then export all of the contents of the tables to csv files and use them to populate your MySql.
