Migrating Access AutoNumber to MySQL

Migration tool version 1.0.18 rc
MySQL: 5.0.12
I am trying to migrate a MS Access database that uses AutoNumber for generating primary keys in Access tables. The migration tools is not converting this field to an AUTO_INCREMENT (auto increment) type field. It's converting it to an INT(10). Is there something I am doing wrong? There are over 100 tables and I don't want to have to edit each SQL create table statement.
BTW, it's also NOT creating the primary keys either.
