Hi murray

the problem could be this

Table A is dependent on Table B

You've imported data for table A but not B so when you attempt to create a Foreign Key in Table A that depends on data in Table B you will get that error.

Second problem could be the data contains duplicates so you cannot create the foreign key constraint.
