Windows 7 firewall stops MySQLv5.1.65 noinstall
Dear Forum People:
Windows 7 refuses to allow mysql.exe as an allowable program for passing through Windows firewall. Apparently because MySQL v5.1.65 is a "noinstall," this disqualifies it. What is an acceptable workaround for Windows 7 to allow me to use this version, as my programs are incompatible with later MySQL versions!
