Multiple Access databases into one mySQL

I have successfully migrated an Access database into MySQL using the MySQL Migration Toolkit. But I want to be able to import multiple databases into the same MySQL database. When I migrate another database the migration toolkit creates a new database, I want to continue to migrate into the same database. Does anyone know how to achieve this?
