Voici le message d'erreur qui est apparu dans le LOG MySQL depuis que le serveur virtuel où est installée ma Base de Données a "planté" (trop long à expliquer ici).
081127 14:00:31081127 14:00:31 [ERROR] Cannot find table maBaseDeDonnees/maTable from the internal data dictionary of InnoDB though the .frm file for the table exists. Maybe you have deleted and recreated InnoDB data files but have forgotten to delete the corresponding .frm files of InnoDB tables, or you have moved .frm files to another database?

J'ai bien été lire la page HTML qui m'est conseillée, mais je ne vois toujours pas pour autant comment résoudre mon problème ?!
"SHOW ENGINE INNODB STATUS" ne me ramène "à priori" aucune information alarmante, mais peut-être ne sais-je pas le lire ?

Alors que les tables sont bien présentes physiquement dans l'Explorateur Windows :
