So, habs jetzt selbst rausgefunden (b.z. im internet gefunden) und klappt super.

ORDER BY INET_ATON(SUBSTRING_INDEX(CONCAT(document.sequence,'.0.0.0'),'.',4));

(document.sequence = die gliederung)
