cambia la ultima parte del codigo por esto

$insertresult =mysql_query($insertquery) or die(mysql_error());if(!$insertresult) {echo "ATENCION! Error insertando los datos en la Base de Datos."; exit;};

mira que agregue:
or die(mysql_error())

y nos dices que error te sale asi podemos ayudarte mas facilmente
