Ideal fields amount when table is created

Hello Everyone!
My question is about the ideal amount of fields that table can have. i need to know whether it is ok to have 6 tables between 70 - 80 fields each one. They usually are being querying the 6 of them. What can you tell me?
I will be happy if a get some comment about it!
