Hola Liucho,

Transact SQL or T-SQL es una sintaxis propietaria de Microsoft y Sybase, la cual es usada en motores como SQL Server.

MySQL usa una sintaxis diferente conocida como ANSI SQL o PSM(Persistent Stored Modules).
