problema para desisntalar community server 5.7.28.0
tengo una pc con win7 donde un asociado instalo mysql 5.7 y perdio la clave, lo quiso desinstalar y quedo dando error
desconociendo el problema migre la misma a win10 y ahora cuando quiero desinstalar me da el siguiente error:
The older version of mysql installer - community cannot be removed. contact your technical support group
trate de hacer la desinstalacion mediante el comando msiexec /x mysql-installer-community-5.7.28.0.msi /L*v c:\UninstallLog.txt
pero me respondio que solo es para productos instalados
la registry, los servicios estan limpios de cualquier cosa que diga mysql y las carpetas de mysql estan todas borradas
alguien puede darme ayuda?
