Sr Product Manager
BNET, the top business-content Web site in the world for managers and professionals, needs a Sr. Product Manager. This person will shape the web site that serves an audience of millions and delivers a distinctive brand with a smart, useful, and warm user experience. Reporting to the VP of Products, the BNET Senior Product Manager will manage, measure, and deliver an award-winning, nontechnology business destination exclusively for the Web.
Job Responsibilities:
* Deepen the daily engagement and satisfaction of BNET users through Web site features, online business community, and terrific editorial experiences
* Drive revenue via fantastic marketing integration onto the site
* Project-manage the development and implementation of new BNET site features
* Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Design, and Technical Production on product development and ad integration
* Collaborate on cross-site functionality with Director, Products for BNET's Business Library
* Work with internal and external content teams on publishing process and syndication
* Document product specifications and functional requirements
* Define development schedules and milestones
* Own success metrics and ultimate responsibility for usage on BNET original areas

Qualifications:
* 5 years of online Project/Product management experience
* Experience with large-scale online publishing environments
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across functional teams
* Written and spoken Chinese fluency a big plus
* Basic HTML skills
* BA/BS degree or equivalent training and experience
