Error 1045<28000>:Access Dennie for the user

syntax i fallowed: mysql -u satish -h 127.101.100.35 -p

I am not able to login through user from anther m/c(getting the error of "Error 1045<28000>:Access Dennie for the user 'satish'@'127.101.100.35'<using password:Yes>"), where as when i am using the same m/c on which server is set-up with the same user logged-in successfully .

Please help me i need the solution for my project...
