Hi Bartek,

Why not import the .txt file into Excel, add columns before and after the text columns with no apostrophes ("'"), fill these new columns with apostrophes , and then use "concatenate" to make a fourth column which has the right format, copy the new (fourth) column onto itself using only values (so it doesn´t just contain a formula), delete all the old columns, and save as .txt? That way your .txt file will be in the proper format.
