Hello, Marc.

If you want to perform data migration, try Apatar Open Source.
It is a a data integration tool that links databases, files and applications like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL, MS Access, Sybase, FTP, HTTP (POST and GET), SugarCRM, Goldmine CRM, XML (local and web-based), Webdav, Buzzsaw, LDAP, Amazon S3, RSS feeds, flat files (.CSV, .TXT), and even Flickr.

It is easy to use, it is absolutely free.

You can find MySqL overview of Apatar here http://solutions.mysql.com/solutions/item.php?id=441

To make the data migration easier for you, use a data map from here

You can download the latest version of Apatar for free here

Hope it'll help

Kind regards
