How to skip bin-log for specific Memory tables

I see the options to not do logs for database but how can we specify no not log to the bin log query specifically done to memory tables?

I have many transactions that are done temporary using many tables in memory and that really fill the bin log files very fast and thee isn't any reason to log them.

Any way to no have these put into the bin-log?
