Hi All - I have a table of type HEAP. My Linux box has 6GB of memory. When I try and set the max_heap_table_size variable to 5GB or 6GB so the whole table will fit, MySQL seems to make up a saize for the max_heap_table_size variable of 4230196224, which is not quite 4 GB (4294967295). Anyone know why??? Odd. Thakns!
