Access denied when calling stored procedure?

Hi,
I've written a stored procedure which has been created by a certain user account (not the root), however when I call it using the SAME account, it says access denied error 1045? The line MySQL adds when it runs (the definer) in the create procedure bit is 'user'@'%' and it says I need the super privelege to change it to anything different than that.
Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on the matter.
Thanks
