exclude a database together with it's stored procedures and functions from replication

Hi I was wondering if there is a way to exclude a database from replication, so that all stored procedures and functions for that DB will be excluded too. Running mysql 5.1 on master and 5.4 on the slave

I have got: --replicate-wild-ignore-table = mydb.% in the my.cnf, but unfortunately this doesn't exclude SPs and Funcs

Thanks!
