oh God,
sorry my fault, i copied the wrong tabledefinition.

CREATE TABLE `synewnumber` (
`TableName` varchar(64) COLLATE latin1_german1_ci NOT NULL,
`LastNumber` int(18) DEFAULT NULL,
PRIMARY KEY (`TableName`),
UNIQUE KEY `synewnumber1` (`TableName`)
) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1 COLLATE=latin1_german1_ci
