Err: Why the error?

Well the error in the first post is wrong.

This is the actual error:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver][mysqld-5.0.0-alpha-nt]SELECT in a stored procedure must have INTO
